THURSDAY:
Body Rolling with Hillary from 5 to 6 pm
Yoga with Nancy from 6:30 to 7:30 pm
FRIDAY:
NIA with Ashley from 9:30 to 10:30 am
SATURDAY:
Yoga with Nancy from 10 to 11:15 am
